When we find an outfit that looks nice on our body, there are a lot of things that fall into our mind. Whether it’s casual or occasional wear. There are always a raw plan about our choices in our heads. Where to wear it, and how to style it head to toe. Some women find it hard to find a perfect fit. Suddenly during your visit to the trial room! Everything comes crashing down. ‘cos that silhouette looks horrible. Why? Because it wasn’t for our body type, simple. But as soon as we find out what our type of body is and how to flatter it, building a wardrobe that suits you is easy and stunning. So I’m solving all of your problems here. Keep reading and simply discover your body type.

How to know your body type via measurements.

4 body measurements which you have to take.

You choose your silhouette by type of body. You will soon discover the type/ shape of your body. But first of all it is important to know your vital.

Tip: Use a cloth tape as it is better than a metal one.

1. SHOULDER

Measuring your shoulder can be a bit troublesome as it is hard to levitate the tape while keeping it intact. Wrap the tape loosely around your shoulders very high, at the widest point above your shoulder blades.

Tip: If you find it difficult use a second set of hands, it will be helpful.

2. Bust

Let’s start by placing one end of the tape at it’s fullest and wrapping it around your shoulder to bring it back where you began. If you weigh over a bra, its all Right

Tip: Don’t let tape squeeze your bust.

3. Waist

It can be a bit confusing as your natural waist is different from where your pants are attached. So try starting with the thinnest part of your waist over your belly button. Tape your stomach around and you get your waist size here.

Tip: Do not tuck in your stomach and if you wear clothes below your belly button you have to take note of that also.( For future reference)

4. Hips

Just like your bust you’ve got to focus on the fullest part of your hips/ buttocks. Wrap the tape underneath the hip bones.

Tip: It’s easy when you’re standing in front of the mirror while measuring.

Now after doing all the measurements it will be easy for you to determine/decipher your body shape.

Put your body type in the outline of your structure.

This will help you understand your body and which style suits you best. The plurality of women agree with one of five : apple, hourglass, pear, rectangle, and inverted triangle.

1. Apple

You will fall under apple- shaped figure when you have a heavier upper body comparatively to lower body. This body type contains broad shoulder and bigger bust line. Which is why it feels like you are less curvy.

2. Hourglass

The most balanced body style of all with a proportionate top and bottom part of the body. It is a type people admire most. So flaunt it in right way.

3. Pear – Shaped

The pear-shaped body is all about lower part of your body. Usually your hips and thighs are broader than your shoulders or upper body. A great example of pear-shaped body is Kim Kardashian. This body has a different craze among all.

4. Rectangle

The body shaped in the rectangle usually has all four uniform dimensions. A shoulder to hip well balanced figure. Your silhouettes are going to be relatively normal.

5. Inverted Triangle

Inverted triangle is a athletic- looking type of body. Your shoulders are going to be much broader than your hips which is why your arms and shoulders need to be as balanced as possible.
